Shipping

• Delivery Time: The delivery time for your prefabricated home will be confirmed once your order is finalized, typically ranging between 8 to 12 weeks depending on the location and customization.

• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs vary based on the delivery location and size of the home. A detailed quote will be provided during the order process.

• Tracking & Updates: We will keep you informed every step of the way with regular updates on the progress and delivery schedule of your home.

Returns & Cancellations

• Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. After this period, cancellation fees may apply due to production commitments.

• Damages During Delivery: If your home is damaged during delivery, please notify us immediately. We will assess the damage and either repair or replace the affected components at no additional cost.

• Refund Policy: Due to the custom nature of our homes, refunds are generally not available once the building process has begun, except in cases of significant defects or failure to meet agreed specifications.
